Most of our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, crafted specifically for you by our artisans. Due to the personalized nature of custom furniture:
Custom pieces are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has begun, as they are created to your unique requirements and cannot be easily resold.
However, we work closely with you throughout the design and approval process to ensure the final piece meets your expectations before our artisans begin work.
Before beginning production on any custom piece, we provide detailed designs, specifications, and material samples for your approval. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the piece before our artisans invest their time and skill.
Changes can be made during the design phase at no additional cost. Once you approve the design and production begins, changes may incur additional fees.
For ready-made furniture pieces that are not custom-ordered, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging if applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defect in the furniture.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance for valuable items. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

Our warranty and return policy do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care, normal wear and tear, changes in wood color or patina due to aging and light exposure (this is a natural characteristic of wood furniture), or damage from improper assembly or modification.
Please understand that handcrafted wooden furniture exhibits natural variations that are part of its beauty and character:
Grain patterns, color variations, and small knots are natural features unique to each piece. These are not defects but rather signs of authentic, natural wood. Wood may expand or contract slightly with changes in humidity. This is normal and not a defect. Finishes may develop a patina over time, deepening in color and richness. This natural aging process enhances the furniture's character.
Such natural variations are not grounds for return, as they are inherent characteristics of handcrafted wooden furniture.
You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund minus any design fees that have been incurred.
Once production has begun on a custom piece, cancellation is not possible as our artisans have already invested time and materials into creating your unique piece.
For ready-made items that have not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible. Contact us immediately to inquire.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired piece.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of ready-made furniture that are not due to defects or our error. This fee covers the costs of inspection, potential reconditioning, and administrative processing.
Custom pieces that are returned due to error on our part (wrong specifications, defects, etc.) will not incur any restocking fees.
Rather than returning furniture, you may be interested in our repair and restoration services. If your furniture has been damaged or needs maintenance, we can often restore it to its original beauty.
